Ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers Guitarist Josh Klinghoffer Avoids Jail In Vehicular Manslaughter Case

Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer is avoiding possible jail time after entering a plea deal in his vehicular manslaughter case.
